	In this paper, the author examined Korean college students' processes of value formation and whole-person counseling method based on one clinical case of Korean college students in the USA. The author applied cultural psychology hermeneutics to analyzing the clinical case and explored the client's healing processes in terms of Christian educational and biopsychosocial perspective. The clinical case presented in this paper demonstrated how to assess Korean student's acculturation process, value formation, and educational achievement in the USA as well as how to approach the clinical case in a culturally-sensitive and wholistic way. The author's strategic treatment approaches in this paper were: (1) relationship restoration by using forgiveness and reconciliation method; (2) the establishment of ultimate life value and career counseling; (3) life strategy and practice for harmony and balance; (4) multi-cultural and educational training for cultural adjustment in the USA; (5) the enhancement of immunity based on psychoneuroimmunology and spirituality-oriented life change.
